Last week, there was a great story about a cop in New York who saw a barefoot homeless guy in Times Square, and bought him $100 boots to keep his feet warm. WELL . . . the homeless guy says he isn't wearing the boots, because they're too expensive and he could get killed for them. AND he feels exploited, and wants a piece of the money people made from using his photo to promote the story.
