Carrie Underwood has a workout routine that would rival what some athletes do.
These days she's into Tabata, a Japanese form of high-intensity interval training. She tells Women's Health magazine, "When I do push-ups, I'm dropping to my knees halfway through. When I do abs, it hurts. But I like it. It makes me work."
If you run into Carrie while she's working out, don't expect her to look like gym candy. "I've had the same shorts for years, and I'll wear them until I can't wear them anymore. People who dress up for the gym? I don't like them."
She's recently added coconut oil to her life. She uses it as a moisturizer, hair conditioner and even cooks with it.
